Booking Policy

Terms of use

• All of our prices are in euros per person per day and include all taxes (overnight stay tax (3 euro / night) excluded).

• When you make a reservation and decide to cancel it, please read the hotel cancelation policy carefully.

Children Policy

• Baby cots are provided for free to children of 2 years old and under.

• Children up to 2 years old stay for free when using existing bedding.

• Children older than 2 years old are charged normally as adults.

• If your child / children is / are up to 2 years old please enter the value "0" in the control "Children"

Cancellation policy

Strict cancellation policy:

• No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.

• We understand that your travel plans may change, unfortunately, no cancellations are allowed for this rate plan.

Flexible Cancellation Policy:

• If cancelled up to 8 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fee will be charged.

• If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival; 50% of the stay’s total amount will be charged. This is the deposit requested to reserve the room and the rest will be paid upon arrival at the check in process.

• In case of no-show; 100% of the stay's total amount will be charged.

• In case of early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged.

Payment policy

• NON-REFUNDABLE: This rate is the lowest rate you can find for Contessa Hotel We understand that your travel plans may change after your reservation at our hotel, but your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. Therefore, in case of cancellation, modification, no-show or early departure, your credit card will be nevertheless charged with the reservation's total amount.

• FLEXIBLE: The reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, Contessa Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the total reservation amount from the provided credit card, which will be temporarily held and deducted from the customer’s credit card limit. This temporary hold is not a charge and no funds will be debited from the customer’s credit card. The hold falls off within 14 days at the latest. The preauthorization process ensures the online security and privacy of the card holder and prevents any fraudulent attempts. Guests must present the same credit card used to make the reservation and an ID card or passport with a photo of the cardholder upon arrival at the hotel. Otherwise, the amount of the full stay will have to be settled by a different method, either by a different credit card with the cardholder present or by cash.
